Original Marines celebrates the grandparents

Original Marines - franchise network of casual clothing and sportswear for men, women and kids- celebrates Grandparents Day and joins the campaign "Orchidea Unicef" for fundraising for lifesaving project for childhood. Saturday the 1st and Sunday the 2nd of October will be possible, in each Italian square, buy Unicef orchids. All information about this initiative (Original Marines has already contributed to it by buying 4,000 plants) will be at disposal inside the brand's 600 stores.
The money deriving from the orchids' purchase will be used to grant mosquito nets, drinking water, medical care and therapeutic food in order to reduce child mortality rate due to easily avoidable causes. "A clothing brand thought specifically for young people - explains Antonio Di Vincenzo, vice-president of Imap Export, holder of Original Marines brand - could not avoid to support such an important project. Every year 22 thousand children die because of an insect bite or due to the lack of food and water. With only 15 euros we can finance a package of interventions capable of saving the lives of more than 390 thousands children in Central and Western Africa."
Campanian franchise Original Marines , which closed 2011 with a turnover of about 190 million euros, is present on the national territory with 511 stores in franchise, 65 property stores and Cartoon Village and 75 stores in Europe , Asia, Africa, and South America.
