Management change for Lejaby

Lejaby, French lingerie brand, will be purchased by a consortium formed by La Perla’s former CEO Alain Proust, Tunisian lingerie manufacturer Isalys and Christian Bugnon, son of Lejaby’s CEO. The acquisition will result in the closure of the company’s last manufacturing plant in France and the dismissal of 93 persons. The new owners will maintain 194 of the 250 jobs at the company’s headquarter. Lejaby SAS, headquartered in Lyon scored in 2011 a turnover of 52million euros, with a 9 per cent decrease compared to 2010.
