Franchise against unemployment

The unemployment rate seems to grow constantly: according to the Istat data, in December 2010, uneployment among young people reached the 29%, 2,4% more than December 2009. Generally, the rate is around 8,6%, but there is a decrease in the people "looking for an employment" and an increase among "non active" people. In contrast, the franchise data deserve a valorization, because it presents employment opportunities and perspectives for "searching" and "non active" people. As states a broadcast released in April 2010 by the National Agency for attracting investments (Invitalia), “617 are the new launched enterprises and over 1230 are the jobs created in the period 2003-2009. These are some of the results reached by Invitalia through the management  – on behalf of the Government – of the aid provided by the Legislative Decree 185/2000 to support the creations foundation of new franchise companies.”
